What are your councils playing at - they're rubbish

Rubbish Removal News

Your councils are not helping with their rubbish removal

An ever-growing number of people do not rate their council. Jason Dowling reports on the apathy in local government these days.

VICTORIA'S local councils are under siege because of a massive increase in rubbish, and an equally alarming lack of rubbish removal companies within the areas of Melbourne and Sydney. Couple that with the cost of a skip hire or a skip bin hire then people are more inclined to fly-tip, which is a growing menace.

Brimbank Council's activities have been growing since June 2007.  The rubbish levels have increased to almost parabolic levels yet the number of skip bins in use are the same.  A new alternative method of collecting rubbish is needed, one that is environmentally friendly for sure.

Cue the drum roll ... jumbobag is the answer. This method of rubbish removal has dramatically changes the attitudes of consumers in the US, Canada and Europe a-like.  It is such an easy solution compared with the hassles and cost of hiring a skip. Skip bins are also prohibitively expensive. For half the cost, people can remove their rubbish conveniently using JumboBags. More information on JUMBOBAG will follow shortly so watch this space.
